Pre-Orders & Special Orders

As we often order from the manufacturer based on customer demand, all pre-orders are a final sale.  We do not combine regular stock with pre-orders. If you require other items, please place a separate order.  Delivery times for pre-orders are estimates, and Monkland Quilt Studio is not responsible for delays due to manufacturers shipping times.  We aim to have all pre-orders processed and shipped within 3 days of receiving them from the supplier.

Discount codes do not apply to pre-orders.

Special Orders 

If we have ordered an item specifically for you, we will not issue a refund unless there is a defect. You may be required to provide a deposit for any item special ordered.
